All sales are FINAL unless items are damaged (prior to washing) and/ or incorrect. I strive to personally check all fabric upon arrival to us.
Please inspect all fabric upon arrival for any damage or errors. We do not cover fabrics that may have a slight imperfection/flaw including a smudge, colour fleck, white fleck, tiny hole (bigger than a dime) or blemish on the fabric or along the selvage. We do look for flaws prior to cutting orders, however sometimes they can be missed. Fabric colours may vary slightly due to differences in display/computer monitors. There are often differences in digital rendition to fabric in real life.
No refund or discount is given for these flaws that effect under 10% of the total area of fabric.
We do not accept returns for fabric because you have changed your mind or you imagined something different. The initial image, strike offs, seamstress photos, etc, are what the fabric will look like, minus very small color differences when printing (5-10% is acceptable range of color difference). Anything that I consider an unacceptable/out of range flaw, you will be contacted and offered options.
We do not cover any issues after fabric has been washed (colour bleeding, fading, shrinkage, etc) There are too many variables to consider. See the FAQ section for recommended washing instructions.
Upon receipt of receiving your order you have of 5 days (not from the day you decide to open your parcel) to inspect your fabric and disclose any flaws and we will deal with them in a polite and professional manner via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or facebook pm. We also ask that you contact us in a polite and professional manner as well.
We also ask that the fabric is returned how we shipped it, free of fragrance, pet hair and unwashed. Once we receive your "flawed" item we will inspect it and issue the refund, etc that has been decided between the buyer and us.
